DMed you dealer info. I think any dealer can ship out of state for extra cost – or at least factored/negotiated into final selling price.
The CCFR rebate ($1500) is CA only, and the Bay Area rebate ($1400) is SF Bay Area only – though your state/zip may have other rebates instead.
The remaining rebates in my deal should apply to any state on a 2020. The GM numbers below will also be slightly different for the 2021 model year:
Costco: $3000
Conquest (or Loyalty) $1500
GM Supported Lease CCR $7250
GM Incremental CCR $2000
GM Supplier (Educator), factored into selling price
