First off, thanks to everyone in this forum and the Leasehackr calculator for helping me understand what goes into a lease and what to negotiate on. This was my first ever lease, how’d I do?

I have an 03 MINI Cooper S which I’m sad to be letting go, but it qualified me for the loyalty incentive which was nice!

12% pre-incentive, base MF, maxed out MSDs… Nothing to complain about there

How to receive $2750 taxed incentives? Could you break down ? I know royalty incentive is only $2000

From BMW’s website, the only incentives listed are lease credit ($750) and loyalty ($1000). Maybe OP got other incentives totaling $1000.

I’ll double check on this, but I believe the rest came from dealer contributions. If that is the case, that $1000 would fall under untaxed incentives I believe (please correct me if I’m wrong).

Did you have an OL code, fleet, etc?
$1000 shown on bmw site is conquest. $2000 is loyalty
2020 330i incentives for NoCal are $750 Lease and either $1,000 Conquest or $2000 Loyalty.
OP got it right with the $2,750 total and it is a taxed incentive for him.

Not in my region (northeast). Anyway, OP is in a different region.
The BMW site can be deceiving.
If it shows “$500 loyalty/conquest,” it means $500 for conquest and double that for loyalty ($1,000).

I just emailed the dealership to clarify and it was $2000 loyalty and $750 in lease credit!
