Signed my first deal. BMW is giving away their 2018s right now before the end of the month, and especially their loaners so take advantage if you’re in the market. As stated before, they brought back lease support for May so expect these deals to end in a few days with the turn of the calendar. Took a little bit of luck and a motivated salesman. It was 20% off before incentives and I only qualified for lease rebate of 3,500 but I’ll get my next one with loyalty 
24 months would have been better but I was looking for a 36 month lease for work purposes. I must have missed some decimals, because the calculator isn’t 100% accurate since I ended up $1 off my agreement sheet. For the record I did this deal on my own, but I am also currently using a broker for the wife’s car. So if you aren’t getting the deal you want please just hire a broker because your life will be much easier.
