Signed - '19 Honda Accord LX, $236/mo, $0 DAS

Picked up a '19 Honda Accord LX recently for $236/mo w/ $0 due at signing. Includes Ohio sales tax (8%), $250 doc fee, and $33.50 registration for temp tags. Also applied the $500 college grad rebate.

Details & lease calculator link are below, which gets to within $1 of the deal that was signed. Note this included a dealer contribution at signing of approximately $310 (to make it a true $0 DAS deal). I listed the $310 dealer contribution in the lease calculator as an “untaxed incentive” since there is no option in the lease calculator to customize the DAS amount or identify a dealer contribution at signing.

Not a bad deal. Even an Accord has a 3 year 36k miles 57% residual? That’s more like BMw territory…

For that reason I always thought Accords were better to purchase (finance) than lease. I’ve got a 2015 Sport purchased for $23k OTD (9% tax included) that Carvana is offering $14.5k.
