Good deal! Acura is discounting which makes one think why buy a Honda Pilot when you can buy an MDX for same price.

That’s what the Acura/Honda dealer (yes, they do both) said. Pilot was too new and the discounts not as good on.

The selling price for this MDX is $35k. Acura also sells TLX for less than an Accord.

can you let me know dealer i will try for similar deal

I signed a lease yesterday: 8/18/2019. I couldn’t get what the OP got and hit 2 brick walls going with his model. I left dealerships and never got any call backs to match that deal so I took the closest which I could because the car already had the 3M protection package stuff and the wheel locks:

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2019 Acura MDX SH-AWD base model in white with ebony
MSRP: $47,295
Selling price: $36,000 (basically was shooting for 10% off after the $7525 factory to dealer rebate price adjustment)
Monthly Payment: $430 (with tax at 7.75%)
Drive-Off Amount: $1141
Months:36
Annual Mileage: 12k
MF:.00215
Residual: 55%
Incentives: $1000 loyalty/conquest
Region: So.Cal
Leasehackr Score: 9.7 years

36/10K was going to be as follows: 56% RV and 0.00215 MF… Funny thing that the other 2 dealers who told me thanks-but-no-thanks were not budging from 0.00225 which is also as terrible as 0.00215 but an MDX-SH for this kinda $ is heckuva car for the monthly $. I couldn’t even get a new 2019 Honda Passport EX-L AWD for this kinda $!!!

Thats impressive on a great SUV. If you don’t mind how did you know about the 7525 factory to dealer rebate? Ty for the help

I would not call my deal an impressive one but quite a decent deal. I have seen others claim better on here but I simply did not have the time to go from dealership to dealership and / or from broker to broker.

As for the factory incentives, you can always find out about such things by either visiting here of Edmunds where you can also find out about the MF and the RV. From what I understand, the current factory-to-dealer incentive for the remaining 2019 based models (FWD or AWD) is $7800 as opposed to $7525 which was the incentive when I leased but by the same token the RV has been dropped from 55% to 53% (12K) on the base models.

Good luck in your search and I hope that this helps you.

Ty. There is always a better deal I guess but its relative. I don’t want it for free but just don’t like to get abused. Enjoy the vehicle.
