Hi, friends owns a Tucson that he got s quote a month ago for 22k, now he’s kid scratch the whole left side, what the best thing to do ?

  1. To do a new appraisal online without mentioning that’s it have scratch, and when they will come/video they will lower the offer (with he’s fine) ?
  2. Or at the appraisal to say directly that it has some scratches … ?

What you will have done ?

Personally, I’m always forthcoming with that kind of stuff. I don’t want to try to make an educated decision regarding who to sell to when I know the numbers I have are not real.
