Selling Honda Vehicle to Carvana - Leased

Hello All,

Question, I’m reading about AHFS change of policy to not allow leased vehicles to be sold to third parties…
I’m in the process of selling my leased Passport to Carvana. Had no idea about the policy change. I have a pickup date, buyout, everything is setup. Whats going to happen if I allow Carvana to take it?

You should contact Carvana in writing. Maybe they have a payoff letter from Honda good thru mm/dd or maybe they are grandfathered because they started the process before Honda shut down 3P buyouts.
