Okay so finally pulled the trigger and sold my car to DNA. They are communicative, honest, and on time (which I love!). I handed them keys and the title, they handed me a check, and we were done. It’s more painful to buy milk from the grocery store!
Also, the driver who picked up the car was very cool and patient. He helped me double check to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind.

Communicated through text and agreed on a price. Scheduled for pick up 2 days out and they came right on time. They had paperwork ready, exchanged my keys for a check and done deal! Highly recommend DNA auto, much easier vs the online buyers.

I had a great experience selling my BMW X3 (2023 model) to DNA. Alex was fantastic – very responsive, upfront, and a true professional. They took care of paying off my lease and quickly provided me with a check for the equity. Dealing with their team was incredibly easy; they even handled the car pickup, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Now, BMW is still trying to hit me with a $495 disposition fee, but let’s be clear: that’s on them, not on DNA. Those guys are golden!
