I contacted Adam and received a prompt response. I was informed they may no longer buy out Ford leases.
Yes its by a case by case basis now, Ford has once again changed their policy so we sitting tight for now.

For some reasons, My parents want to sell their current lease car with MB , GLC 300 Base with monthly payments of $524. They leased on Oct 2024. Do you think it is doable? Thanks in advance.

What a splendid service these guys provide!
I was pretty sure my X6 had some equity at the end of the lease because I did not put many miles on it during the 3 year period so I contacted Dylan from DNA at 12pm yesterday - his guys were at my house (rural CT!) at 5pm with a FAT EQUITY CHECK
. Smoothest, fastest car transaction I’ve ever had in my life.
