Hey Hackrs, I love this forum and all the help it provides for everyone. I find myself constantly on the site even when I’m not in the market. I’m trying to get into a sedan for 36/12 ideally under 500 after tax with Msd’s and 0 down (I’m not in Chicago before anyone asks). I’m targeting an s60 T8 plus which seems doable at 13-14% off based on discounts provided by brokers on the east coast. So far the best I have gotten is 11% which I’m getting $514 with $1,238 DAS (First payment and 724 in gov/doc fees) but the dealer is saying that at 11% off it’s coming out to $560 with $1,377. Are you able to help me figure out where I’m miscalculating or if they’re adding things in? Thanks!
To clarify: The $605 monthly is before MSD’s and i was concerned that the quote says 6,500 down and security deposit but they told me it’s zero down and that’s why they hand-wrote it.
What is the actual due at signing they’re asking?

Your best bet this month is a Genesis G70. I don’t think any other ICE sedans are leasing well this month.
Ya, the g70 is another option but if the price is right I’d prefer the T8. I was also just curious if I was doing something wrong and why the dealer quote was much higher.
apples to oranges. The 4 cyl g70 leases well. This t8 has more power than the 3.3t

So they won’t sell out of region but just as an example the 3.3 is $453 + tax with inception fees DAS here.
