Ben is a workhorse! Managed through significant delays and obfuscations by the auto OEM to get me the specific car I wanted with a great deal. Also quite communicative throughout. It was additionally enjoyable to learn a bit about the car and transport industries in the US

Hi all,

First time posting here, but I found Ben through Leasehackr, so thought I could share my experience here first.

At every stage, working with Ben was an incredibly positive experience. His honesty, diligence and care shone through, and made me wonder why I had never discovered a lease broker like Ben before.

Ben worked hard to find the car I wanted, was honest and straightforward and went out of his way to make the deal work for me. I don’t know what magic strings he pulled, but the price, efficiency, knowledge and honesty could not be beaten by any dealership.

Ben didn’t stop at finding me a good deal. He was a coach throughout the process, answered my silly questions and made everything go so smoothly. And once I got my car, he checked in with me regularly to see how I was going.

Ben’s top-notch knowledge of Volvo, his outstanding customer service and his dedication to being an advocate for his clients is so impressive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else next time.

Third vehicle through Ben - same fantastic service with zero issues every time. Can’t recommend him highly enough. His new website with stock, availability and calculation of rebates really adds to the experience and makes things even easier than before!

Had a chance to work with Ben as my first deal on LeaseHackr and he was very helping throughout the process. Answered every question I had and was very thorough and made sure everything was explained about the ins and outs of the process. I moved states and he made sure to have the car shipped and ready for me in a few days of my arrival. I just finalized my first lease with Ben. He was communicative and helpful throughout the process. The monthly price he was able to offer was far below what I could negotiate at local dealers despite my best efforts. Everything was smooth from initial email inquiry to delivery. Would definitely use his services again!

I had a great experience with Ben and getting a deal done on a 2025 Polestar 3. Ben was responsive and direct and clear throughout the process. He made the process seamless from paperwork to transport of the vehicle. Very happy customer.

Ben at Ben’s Best Price was fantastic to work with. First, he’s genuinely easy to talk to, which made the whole process less stressful. This was my first car broker experience, and it truly felt like he worked for me and he never tried to pressure me into a car.

I did my research and could not find a better lease price for a 2025 Volvo EX90. Most quotes I was getting were closer to $1,200/month, and Ben helped me secure a lease much closer to $700/month. He clearly outlined all the rebates available and made sure they were stacked in my favor.

Communication was smooth from start to finish. Ben was responsive, organized, and provided specific action items plus a clear list of documents needed, which made the transaction with teh dealership very smooth.

Delivery was delayed, but I believe it was a one-off situation since I purchased right before the Christmas holiday. The delivery person was great, we met at a nearby Lowe’s at 7:00am (my requested time) so we would not disturb my neighbors.

Once my car was delivered, the Volvo dealership followed up and provided me with a tech walkthrough of my new car via Facetime.

Overall, I highly recommend Ben.

I got the referral to LeaseHackr from a member at VegasMessageBoard and in turn that led me to find Ben. He was easy to work with and we saved about a third compared to the amounts we were quoted by dealers and the vehicle was delivered directly to me for our Volvo XC60. On top of that, it’s even got the massaging seats we couldn’t find anywhere in the state. Couldn’t be happier.

Not at all impressed with Ben or whoever is answering the emails and cannot recommend attempting to use him to anyone.

I sent an email with some questions, and in reply received a short, terse response about requesting a quote via the website for a specific car. Nothing friendly about it but fine.

I submit a request for a quote on a specific car via the website as requested, get what appears to be an auto-response saying to provide any further information about timing or anything else pertinent. I reply to that, give my timing range, I now expect to get a quote and we can go from there. No harm, no foul.

I get another short, terse reply about how the car could be sold out by the end of the month. Okay, I already mentioned that that’s in my timing range. Ask for a quote again.

The reply I get back is repeating my question about if a quote can be provided or not and no other information.

I ask what I’m supposed to do with my question being parroted back to me, ask for the quote I requested on the site again, and ask if I need to post on here how ridiculous the interaction has been so far for me, and in reponse I got “Best of luck on your search.”

So yes, I guess I need to post about it here.

If you enjoy unprofessionalism, unfriendly responses, and pulling teeth to get info, you’re in the right place.

This isn’t my first leasing rodeo. I had a broker before who was friendly, responsive, and went out of the way to provide quick answers, information, and got me into multiple cars. Unfortunately I moved states and they are unable to handle leases for me in my new one.

All I wanted was a quote from Ben. I didn’t even get that courtesy.

You know who I am. If you want to save this, send me the quote I requested and I’m willing to change my opinion and completely forget about getting off on the wrong foot and post again.

But at the very least try to seem friendly when people reach out.

Also, no, what I replied to was your email saying you wanted to lease by end of March or April, to which I replied verbatim “We will likely be sold out of P3s by EOM”.

So when I quite literally repeated your question, you replied the following

Your quote is a link back to the site that looks like a lot like the original listing? If that’s the case, yes, I misunderstood it.

Perhaps you could’ve replied with more than a single sentence when it was obvious I wasn’t catching on to that. Perhaps you could come across somewhat friendly with your responses.

I wasn’t impressed with how you chose to interact with me and explain that (or not) and I did get irritated as a result.

I do apologize in that you did technically provide a quote.

Working with Ben has been a great experience from start to finish. This was my first time using a lease broker and honestly my first lease in general and he made the entire process easy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. He is still answering my questions even after the car has been delivered to me.

The biggest win was the cost savings. Ben was able to get me a deal that saved me close to $500 per month compared to what a local dealer quoted, which honestly exceeded my expectations.

We ended up with a Volvo XC60 plug-in hybrid in our preferred color that had every add-on we were looking for including massage seats.

Highly recommend working with Ben if you’re considering leasing a vehicle.

I’ve purchased/leased 4 cars in my lifetime, and first time working with a broker. So glad I found Ben. Endless positive things to say about it. My only regret is not knowing about him sooner.

Originally was just casually browsing for a Polestar 3 but his pricing was irresistable and far exceeded my expectations. No pressure, very straightforward, professional, and a smooth transaction. Being the first time I was working with a broker, he took the time to answer any question I had in detail.

I saved hundreds per month compared to getting it at a local dealer, and I didn’t have to deal with any of their sales tactics either. Just a 15 minute call, signing some docs in my email, and that was it. Imagine getting a better deal with much less effort. Fast forward a few days and the car arrived at my doorstep.
