Respectfully, if there were 10,000 Volvo brokers, I’d run my business the exact same way.
There is a reason I have so many very satisfied customers. I run a multi-store, multi-state, and multi-tax jurisdiction brokerage that requires me to ship cars all over the place and often process a pull-ahead.
For what it’s worth, since I have no clue what you’re referencing, if you or any person is unsatisfied with us, you are welcome to call and discuss it with me. I’m not too proud to eat crow, especially if we’re in the wrong.
If we choose not to sell you a car, it’s not a personal decision, yet people often take it as such on this forum.
At the end of the day, you, as a customer, are not obligated to buy from us, but we are not obligated to service you or sell you a car.
He is! Ben provides upfront, transparent pricing and a full service to deliver the car directly to his customers. I absolutely recommend contacting (and hiring) Ben if you intend to take advantage of his offers and service. If you are just shopping a deal (which is well within your rights) and are not ready to hire Ben to execute a deal, then you have not made any commitment to him (nor he to you) and you both are free to ghost each other.

Ben rules. Such a painless car leasing experience. I’m from Seattle, where dealers rarely give any sort of discount other than maker incentives. Ben gave me loads of options to chose from, and ultimately found me two cars that fit my spec- an xc40 recharge and an xc60. Each car we maybe spent 15 minutes on start to finish? Ben looks after your interests too- tried to steer me to the better deal of my available options, even though the wife chose the slightly lesser deal/nicer car. What you see is what you get pricing (where did all the dealer fees even go?), shipping arrangement to my doorstep. Can’t believe how easy it all was.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had getting my 2025 XC 90 with Ben. I knew I wouldn’t have the patience or skill set to “hack my own deal.”
Ben got my car for less than half what the local dealer was offering - same length of contract, car, and mileage. On top of that, he found us an additional discount that we didn’t even know we qualified for - which more than paid for his broker fee.
What I appreciated about Ben was professionalism and kind demeanor. I ask a lot of questions and he was patient with me through the entire process (unlike my software designer brother when I ask him a computer question!).

I love my car and still can’t believe how little we are paying for the lease. We plan to lease again when this term expires. I just want to give a big shout out to Ben! He worked with me this week to get my wife into a XC90 B6 Plus. We went down to the wire Thursday night, especially since I messed up the color and we had to fix that. I will definitely be watching the S60s/S90s as we go through the year.
