I don’t know that the lease would show as closed out or that the big cash outlay would go over well with the mortgage officer with a marginal dti
I know that you don’t want to do a lease transfer. But if you think you might reconsider, please let me know. I tried to look at your post history but I don’t see much there about an Infiniti lease

If you got your lease 5 months back and paid as per what we have been advertising on LH,
You most likely have some equity or worse case will be close to made whole.
If you don’t want to run around between dealership, send me your name, vin, current miles and zip and I will get you your dealer payoff and current value my dealer can offer plus what it’s worth at manheim auction.
