Has anyone had any experience returning a lease vehicle to a dealer in another state?

IE: I am in Kentucky and my gmc terrain lease ends in less than 2 weeks. I have a new Tundra waiting on me in PA. Would I be able to drive my gmc to and turn it in at a PA dealer without any issue? I have already done the early turn in inspection if it matters and I am way under miles.

I had originally planned on maybe flying or even one way rental car… but now this seems like a good option to minimize exposure with the current situation.

Find a GM dealer near the Toyota dealer, call and ask if you can ground your GMC lease there. I wouldn’t get into a lot of specifics with them, but find out when the person who does the OD statements works (often weekday bankers hours) and just tell them you will be in then.
