Return lease car process?

My first lease Merc E300 is ending in December. What’s the process of ending the lease? Do I just drop off the car at any Merc Dealership?

There are a couple of deep scratches that someone keyed my hood. Also the bottom of the front bumper left side has some damage. Should I fix those first before returning the car?

Is there an option to return the car early to not have to pay for the few remaining months? I leased for 36k miles in 3 years but my odometer is only at 22k with about 3.5 months left on the lease.
