That was the one thing I liked about black cars when I was in sales, a sharpie could do magic, although it came off in the car wash
That really depends on the model.
If itâs one thatâs 10K underwater now I wouldnât expect that to go away.
First step, hit it with some polishing compound and see where you are.
Try using TOOTHPASTE for a cheap and easy fix⌠if that doesnât (but it should) or gets it close to passable-then figure it out after inspection⌠but toothpaste usually works great-just donât ever use it to brush your teeth haha COLGATE works magic for scratches
Hop on Youtube if you need to see videos of how toâŚ
Colgate might be too harsh on the paint, try WD-40 but make sure to wash it off when done.
Nope, WD-40 removes the transferred paint without damaging yours. Again, clean up the affected area as soon as finished. Leaves no marks as long as your paint was not damaged by the contact.
Thanks. However, I scraped the side on a concrete post in a parking garage. Looked like I would fit from the mirrors, but forgot that the door bulges out another 1/4" by the wheel well. âmissed it by that muchâ (for those of my age)
That does not sound like a paint transfer then, but sounds like it would be bare metal showing.
Came out of nowhere
Who left it there???
Some wiseass structural engineer I bet.
APB: rogue concrete post on the loose, has some fresh black markings 2 feet off the ground, considered dangerous.
Use of unnecessary violence in apprehension of the postâŚhas been approved
Not a lot of hard evidence.
I donât know about you but I usually leave a 1/2 inch to be safe. lol
