ive told him that if they aren’t willing to acknowledge that the RV is incorrect i will not move forward with any more negotiation. let’s see what he says.

For lease agreements on loaners does the maturity mileage in the contract reflect just 36k or should it account for the current mileage on it in this case It’s have 40,700k as allotted mileage in contract?
It should reflect the 4700+36k for BMW. AFAIK only GM does not credit mileage on loaners.

Recently asked a dealer about this and they told me otherwise, so it got me thinking while reading this.
Also, figure out when they punched the car. The maintenance starts when the loaner was placed into service so may not cover the term of your lease.
