Looking for recs for Bay Area VW dealers that would be willing to do a similar deal on an e-golf.

2016 SE, 36/7.5k

MSRP: $31,625
Lease cash/emissions: $7,500
Down: $2,500 (get $2,500 back due to rebates in CA) + drive off of $1,317 (1st month’s + DMV +Acq + tax on incentives and cap reductions) = $3,817
"Other Cap reductions": $5,850 (which I’m sure includes the $3,200 factory to dealer incentive)
Net Cap: $16,400

Monthly: ~$150 ($139.58 + $10.82 tax)

Looks like incentives for April are:

.00001 MF and 38% residual for 30/10 (7.5K/yr not offered)
$7500 VCI Zero Emissions Bonus
$3200/$4200 dealer lease bonus on SE/SEL

Serramonte VW seems to have the lowest published ad price on e-Golf.

Team VW in Hayward promises great deals as well, but their Yelp reviews are horrendous.

Serramonte has a purported $9 per month Jetta advertisement on their site…how would this actually work?

$1,999 cap cost reduction + $80 doc fee + $625 acquisition + $200 DMV/license + $230 taxes on CCR/acquisition + $10 first month payment (after tax)

So $3,144 due at signing + $10/month. Averages to $141/month and requires $1,000 loyalty and $500 grad.

So nowhere close to an Asian lease conquest Cruze from last month, but still really cheap for a car!

Honestly, that ad is a red flag for me. Any dealer willing to promote such misleading ads surely has some shenanigans going on back there. It’s like if you saw someone abusing their spouse in public, you know there’s worse stuff going on in private.
