I got these, posting the deals - NJ
2017 Lexus IS 300 F Sport, loaded, 48083 MSRP, 3K down, 370/month including tax. 3 years, 30k miles. .00008 MF, 57% residual.

2017 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, 46500 MSRP + second row entertainment (1600 MSRP), 484/month including tax, zero down (only first month payment at signing). .00003 MF 53%residual

Are these good?

Both seem ok. The Pathfinder doesn’t quite fit the 1% rule and almost has pretty low mileage (10k/yr), but I’d say it’s not the worst deal, but definitely not deal of the year. If you’re happy with them, then that’s the main thing! Congrats on the new cars!

Could’ve done a lot better on Lexus imo. 3k down is a lot. Would look nicer at 0 down and same monthly.

Sorry forgot to mention - Pathfinder is 12k miles/year for 36 months. Nissan doesn’t do below 12k

Is the $3000 down straight cash, or multiple security deposits?
