I filled out the forum on the website and received an email from a local dealer saying just reply back with name / address etc to get the gift card. Also says if I am truly interested in test driving then to make an appt. Interesting.
I’ve had dealers actually ask me, “do you actually want to drive it? or should I just give you the card?”
They gave me $50 to NOT drive a 2007 Fusion.
Hyundai screwed me over the second time with the $50, but I did get the gift card at another Hyundai dealer without test driving. It must be my local dealer who are the scammers.
Volvo really wants me to get another Volvo. I’d rather get a $1,000 off coupon, though. Maybe I should take the 2019 XC90/XC60 for a spin?

FCA offering the same. Just walked into a dealership and filled out the form. Dealer said test drive was a waste of time for him anyway. Test drove a Sonata last week and had a virtual Gift Card 2 days later.
Is this now?
