I’m in the market for a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV LT2 and looking for help compiling a complete list of available rebates and incentives for my area (Zip Code - 19103).
I’m already aware of:
$7,500 Federal EV Tax Credit
$1,250 Costco Incentive
Are there any other incentives I should be aware of (regional offers, conquest, etc.)?
Also, for those tracking recent deals, what would you consider a solid pre-incentive target discount (% off MSRP) for this trim in the current market?
Having current, accurate information for residual value, money factor, and incentives is important in understanding your deal. As such, going directly to a source that has access to that data from the captive banks is your best option.
Rate Findr has that information, as they have direct access to it from the captive banks. It’s a tool on the Leasehackr Calculator, available to Super Supporters.
Thank you for the information. I checked signed deals but those deals are hard to replicate. I also contacted the broker on this site via email, who appears to be MIA.
Edmunds forum provided me with the RV, MF and list of insensitives for my Geo area.
Please help me to understand why Volvo allows to use $7,500 EV credit for lease and Chevrolet doesn’t. What am I missing?
It’s up to the captive bank if they choose to pass along some or all of the tax credit they receive in the form of an incentive. They are the owner of the vehicle so they can do what they want. Some GM brands choose to increase the RV instead of adding lease cash.
I’ll use the example of a Honda Prologue vs. Equinox. Residual value for the Prologue after 24 months is only 40%-50% while Equinox is 80%. But Prologue lease has the full $7,500 credit as an incentive and the equinox doesn’t.
