# Realistically, what target monthly should I expect on a BMW 740i/760i Demo in Texas? (Unicorn comparison)

FYI that signed post has it listed as a 2026, but if you look at the user’s post under #Signed Deals & Tips it’s a 2025. Rebates are much less especially if you don’t qualify for the loyalty(s).
