Any info on this 39 month BMW lease everyone is offering? (So Cal here) Sales telling me it’s a special MF/ interest rate keeping payments down. I’m not far along enough in the process to lock down MF’s and residuals. I see downsides to it …have to register the car 1 more time, maybe more wear tear items upon return, maybe 3 months without bumper to bumper, maybe another expensive service not covered? Thanks for any info
The MF is also different with loyalty, but that has nothing to do with the 39 month lease offer, that’s available to everyone.
Factory warranty is 4yr/50k.
Not taking any lease to term is a leasing strategy, get a good deal and transfer out of it early while casually hacking your next deal.
Do you know what MF is with 39 mo. And loyalty? New 2023 X3s…and ballpark residual?
The 39-mo program is available this month only and cannot be locked for post-Jan 2nd delivery. Gets you the same residual as the 36-mo for the eligible models. So it would be 56% RV for 39/10k on a 2023 X3. Loyalty rebate for that year/model is $1500. Lease cash is $1k. MF for Tier 1 for that year/model is 0.0019 (reduced to 0.0015 with loyalty). You have about 10 more days to take advantage of this. Good luck!
Could you elaborate on this? Why is this preferable compared to run out the lease?
Just no chance you need to deal with anything on lease end, wear, tires, extra reg or inspection costs, disposition possibly, etc.
Interesting!
Is it on all models or particular ones?
Also, if you get into a favorable lease, it’ll be easier to transfer because it’ll seem like a bargain to someone else (someone that is used to being vaseline’d by the dealer). Even if you ask for some $$$ at transfer.
Damn. That’s an IQ500 move.
Do you by chance know the qualifying models?
These models qualify for 39-month this month only: '23/24 330i/M340i, '24 530i/540i, '23/24 X1 28i/M35, '23/24 X3 30i, '24 X3 M40i, '24 X5 40i/M60i.
Is the 39 month lease a national offer or dealer specific? Anyone have a link? Thanks
