In Nov 2024 I got a quote with MSDs from Volvo cars of Austin.
I think you should reach out to Dallas dealer . Got much better price from them during that crazy cheap leases for xc90. BTW , we did not use ABA rebate . LOL.

Managed to get 12% plus rebates off a 2026 b6 ultra a few weeks ago. Put the payment around 820 for 36/15k , $0 DAS , including 6.625 tax. So you should be able to do better than what you have.
I got a similar car but with Air suspension ( around $78K MSRP here in NJ) with MSDS and $0 sign and drive was about $698 a month including NJ tax via Aronchi broker (Mike). Same thing when I visit dealerships directly and talk about MSDS, the sales pretend like or maybe true they never heard of it! Like what is MSD, and I explain, then they say will get back to you and never contact me again because they know I will not buy from them. MSDS and aggressive deals are made for backdoor deals (brokers), while sales people in the showroom with suits, etc they are there for the front channel which supposed to pay their salaries, rent, electricity, etc. So they sell differently, if I went to them I would have paid $300 extra a month easily and put some money down (if you say MSDS, $0 upfront, they wont look at you lol).
I rate this deal a 1 out of 10. Hope this helps.
Unless the salesperson is knowledgeable about leases and their structuring, itâs a waste of time and itâs better to contact a sales manager or general manager. If they donât have the time but are interested, theyâll refer you to someone who understands the process on their team. This is not specific to Volvo.
The sales person should be knowledgeable, they crunch the numbers and negotiate with people and provide prices and quotes. Some of them tell the customer let me check with my manager and get back to you. The agreement in general, if you come to the showroom without a broker negotiating for you, no MSDs and no Aggressive deals. There is a BMW dealership here close to my house say, we dont deal with brokers. Other dealership which I got an Audi A6 from few years ago, I had a problem with the car from the get go (transmission was not very smooth shifting), I returned back to sales and they told me â you did not get it from usâ, I said what do you mean? I got it from here⌠they are like yes but you got it from a broker, not from us. So I dont know you lol. Eventually the service department had to deal with it since the Car is under warrantee by Audi!
In reality and 95% cases these are middlemen/messengers between customer and sales manager with almost no knowledge how the lease works.
Seconding what @Zenek said, youâre expecting too much from the average salesman. As for the mechanical issues with the car, not sure why youâd go to a salesman and not the service department in the first place.
Yes agree, it was late, I got the car the day before and I entered the Audi Showroom and saw only one sales guy sitting which I spoke too. Agree, even if itâs one day old car, the sale is finalized and I shouldâve went to service department directly. As for salesmen, some dealerships have knowlgable ones who crunch the numbers and provide initial quotes, but eventually most of them go talk to the sales manager then they come back with the manager to say Hi lol
