Isn’t a broker doing under $500 in california? Anyone in california should look at SoCal. They are doing better discounts and base MF. You did good for NorCal though.

Yeah Jeff’s deals is slightly better in socal. I thought I would negotiate it down but at the end of the day, it wasn’t worth the hassle to me. Need to keep simple in life right now
