On another note, I’ve escalated to the GM of the dealership (left a VM), contacted EV Concierge who was opening a ticket and they confirmed it should be used as Cap Cost Reduction, not Working Cash (i.e. down payment). I’ve also reached out to the parent company of this dealership.
Why are you wasting time on such a garbage quote?
Move on.
Work on building a calculator that reflects your target deal.
