Question re Ally lease payoff in NJ

I am in NJ. My Alfa has 10 months left on lease but I need to get rid of as we are switching to an EV.

I contacted Ally for my lease payoff. I checked all the usual online sites for me to sell to, Carvana, Vroom, etc & looks like I can make $1500-$3500.

I plan to mail check to Ally & pay it all off.

After that, do they send me title & then I go to Carvana or similar or do I first need to go to DMV & get new title in my name?
