Does doing a one pay lease completely remove the MF? Also does every company offer a one pay lease?
No and no.
One-pay reduces MF by a set amount, like Toyota for example it’s 0.001, and with Mercedes I think its 0.0008.
But it doesn’t remove it completely all the time.
Not every company offers a one pay, it’s a product/program offered by select companies
No and no. If that was the case, then it would be 0% lease and banks don’t like that.
However, there are situations when cars have such low MFs that the post-MSD or one-pay rate is effectively 0.

Is the underlying reason behind the question the need to find a good lease or is it religious?
And EQS580? lol
Yeah trying to get a better price on a lease. I was just messing around with the calculator and deleted the mf out of curiosity to see how much of the payment is interest and it was pretty significant.
