Say you are in Cali and you lease a car from Florida. When you do the deal do you get the incentives that apply to your region or the region you are getting the car from? Turns out that the 2 regions on a particular vehicle I want vary significantly. The dealer says it is their region only gets their rebates, but I always thought it was whatever the region is where you are registering the vehicle is what you get. Which way is right?
Depends on the manufacturer. With BMW, incentives are based on dealer location.

Does a lease transfer in CA allow the new owner to claim the State rebate if the previous owner has not yet got the rebate or still in process ?
