Q8 etron reasonable msrp discount?

, ,

Looking into leasing a Q8 etron premium plus.

I’m in Tampa florida. I’ve currently reached out to all dealers within 250 miles and waiting to hear back from most. In the meantime, I’d like some of your expert opinions as to whether my goal of getting a ~15% discount off Msrp before rebates is realistic/reasonable. I’ve seen it here a few times in other states but not sure about the market in Florida.

So far my home dealership has offered a 2k discount (I told them this was an offensive offer and they’re supposed to get back to me tomorrow with another offer lol). I also just got offered a 7.5% discount from another dealership who I’ll f/u with tomorrow.

TIA

15% is more than the current VIP discount program so it’s extremely unlikely. Even 10% pre-incentive is a challenge to find, but much closer to reality. Anything above 8% is generally considered good IMO.

FL has extremely high dealer fees so it will be challenge to find a great deal. Check with a brokers here that do FL deals.

Do you qualify for additional incentives on top of the $12500? PenFed? Private Audi Loyalty? Audi EV Ride and Drive? Recommend AudiCare for 1% bump and Max MSDs.

Premium Plus is the sweet spot since it has a 2% higher RV, but I only considered Prestige since I got spoiled with the massage seats, power soft close doors, HUD, dual pane glass and ambient LED interior package.

Good luck.

I am also looking to lease a Q8 Etron in California. Does anyone have RV/Money factor and rebates info?

Thanks!

The bmw ix and Mercedes EQS are much newer and arguably better EVs with better lease programs.

A bit late now since brokers are mostly backed up but Topics tagged marketplace & FL & Mercedes-Benz & FL & Mercedes-Benz

Impossible in straight discount and not with a “special program” that has other conditions attached to it.

I can do 9%

This is the best offer I have so far. My trade appears to be the biggest issue as far as I can tell. Thoughts?

RV - 55
MF - 6% (going to ask why not 5.5)

Super hard to make anything of it this way. Obviously that doc fee is insane, but on par for FL dealers.

With my negative trade, zero down payment would be $875

Just for my own understanding of perseverance - How many dealers are there within a 250mi radius of Tampa?

What’s the impetus to roll in $5,500 in negative equity … ie to re-borrow it and pay interest and sales tax on it?

I don’t need to. Just trying to see what’s most convenient. If I remove the trade it appears to be a decent deal as far as I can tell. I’d be around $735 monthly
