From what I’m getting is, the payment from my calculations is within a few bucks of theirs, I think they are waiving the first month’s payment and having you pay the fees up front.

Sounds like you are on your way to a good deal. Would you mind sharing the name of the dealership? I am also in the south Florida area and looking for a Q60.
Are you set on the Q60 RS? The Q50 RS can be had for much less, despite having a similar MSRP. It’s a sedan instead of a coupe, but it’s got pretty sleek styling that just keeps growing on me. In CA, I’m leasing a $50k Q50 RS for $360/mo. A car with more options (but similar discount % and a $54ish k MSRP) would be closer to $400/mo.
I’ve always like the Q50 but it just doesn’t do anything for me. The Q60 to me is one a whole other level when it comes to looks. My friend that works there told me he could get me into one for $450 a month easily but I just don’t want one.
We managed to put together a deal with 13% off msrp on a 58k Q60, and after msd’s it would’ve came out to $520 a month with FL tax. Right where I was trying to be. Unfortunately the manager said he couldn’t do it because it was a dealer trade. Had it been on his lot, manager said it would’ve been a go.
Gonna keep trying for a C43 unless they get a Q60 on the lot with the combination I want lol
