What do you guys think about this? First time leasing. Theres fine print on the bottom. What questions should I ask to follow up on this offer?

Seems fairly comprehensive. But they left off DMV fees. Not sure what that is in FL. The deal in the marketplace is a little better when you add it all up.
Deal is for 2018 Q50 3.0T Luxe with Essential package RWD on a 39 month 10k miles lease. These numbers are good up to a $43k vehicle and there are other units available which have higher MSRP and can be adjusted.
VPP is $1500 on the Q50. Loyalty is $1000, but that is client specific and will need to be checked by dealer or you can call in IFS.
If VPP is applied, payment is $310.
Brokerage fees applies.

A little over $400 for tag in FL. Not great. State has to pay for all of the bath salt addiction rehab facilities somehow.
