This has nothing to with Uncle Sam (The US) and everything about the Florida Legislature.
What do you qualify as âwidespread EV adoptionâ? Some number of new vehicle market share? Some number of miles driven? Some number of all vehicle market share?
All three of those in much larger numbers that you see now.

All subsidies were absorbed by installers that jacked up the prices. The price of solar installation is ridiculously stupid and if you add batteries to it becomes completely insane. In places where electricity is super expensive and you have decent sun exposure, maybe there is a cost benefit (until one battery breaks and undoes the whole savings), but even that is being undone by changes to net metering, fees and taxes. And since there is no guarantee to be âgrandfatheredâ into any of the current programs, you are literally playing lottery.

Collusion and cronyism to steal taxpayer money? That doesnât happen 
Watch when whoever is in charge of this in govt gets done their term they will be on the board of one of the large companies that benefitted from the cash. Happens all the time, govt is a revolving door for these people to benefit from their public service roles. Has been happening like crazy with the fda and big pharma
