# Potential Costco-Jaguar F-Type Unicorn expires 8/2

The F-Type certainly has its faults, but when it comes to a pure visceral driving experience, it’s hard to beat.

The sound of the exhaust bouncing off canyon walls or downtown buildings always, always widens my grin. Sometimes elicits a cackle.

Get her above 4,000 rpm and the Jag’s bass tones perk my ears. Even hearing her RAWR to life at the gas station gives me the tinglies.

Sure, it can be a bear to drive sedately. But drop the top, rev her up, and all is forgiven.

Maybe I’ll feel the same way with another lease but the Jag will always hold a special place in my ❤.

Just noticed JLR killed the private offer programs.  
I guess all the dealers are no longer “participating”

Wasn’t much of a program. 5-10% off MSRP (10% on the ugly ducklings, 5% on anything you might actually want) plus Defender and '22 F Types excluded. Could generally beat it just coming off the street it seems, unless there’s something I’m missing.

When most JLR dealers are marking up 5k to 10k now on in stock cars. Anything going the other way is better
