Currently have a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance that is roughly $10k underwater but looking to upgrade to a new or slightly used CPO Taycan 4S or GTS, both heavily optioned. Any brokers out there willing to jump in and help?
Porsche leases have a high money factor. They are not the type of leases you want to roll in negative.
You should find another way to pay off the L from exiting your model 3.
Maybe reach out to @IAC but I think our TX sales tax will kill just about any deal vs what you’re seeing other people doing CPO leases for on here. Let us know what you find out.
Make sense to move from M3p to Taycan but roll $10k negative equity in? 
CPO deals are structured selling price under or very close to residual so you are looking at $2500+ monthly to drive a used Taycan…
Btw, Porsche dealers would not be interested to take a Model 3 so their offer would be significantly lower than these offers from online dealers…
Sell your P3 to the highest bidder (most likely private party) and pay off the neggy with cash
As others have said; the tax in Texas grenades most lease deals. That and now trying to roll in negative equity - that’s a double whammy I wouldn’t take on.
