Trying different dealers in WA, none of them were close to 5% pre-incentive.
Found one in roseville nor cal, willing to offer 10.39%.
My MF is kind of high comparing to 0.00086, but I guess this is the one, there are only two m340i in Nor-Cal area now.
really love the color and options, even has ACC and blackout package.
will drive down to california next week cant wait to see it.

Its always better to take the bigger discount and marked up MF (as long as youve worked out the math to ensure the discount makes up for the MF bump).

FYI for OP or anyone else looking to grab this car from under him - this car seems to be affected by the missing speaker issue mentioned here.

M340i calculator not matching up

Just wanted to give everyone an update here - For anyone looking to lease a 2021 M340i on the west coast, be very careful about which car you pick off the lot. Apparently there was part shortages sometime Sept/Oct 2020 so lot of M340i vehicles bound for west coast dealerships and built during that period don’t have the standard 10 speaker audio system with an amplifier. Instead you will get only 6 speakers and no amplifier which is the “base” speaker system that BMW only options in Europe marke…
