Looks good, but I’d shoot for a bigger discount. Also, I think it’s a waste to pay that much upfront when the MF is so low. Do a true $0 sign-and-drive deal, except for the MSDs.
What is the trim level on this IS350? I am not a lease pro, but that APR is solid with or without MSD’s.

Would you guys recommend the IS350 over the TLX AWD V6 A-Spec. The MSRP is 50k for the Lexus vs 45k for the Acura.
Dealerships here in the Bay Area aren’t budging below $375/month with first month payment + TTL due at signing for 36mo/10k miles for the TLX. From my research, they’re giving $5500 in incentives, 0.00054 MF and 52% residual.
I visited the dealership to see the interior and it didn’t feel as ‘luxurious’ as my brother’s 2018 Lexus NX.
Yes, I would take the IS350 over the TLX. My main reason for doing so would be the rear wheel drive platform and the inherent weight distribution advantage of this layout (longitudinally mounted engine) over the TLX’ front wheel drive platform (and transverse engine layout). Also the IS has one of the best steering feels in any car I have driven in the last few years. If your priority is driving dynamics go with the Lexus…
