Likely doable for '18 (especially loaner) but think it will be hard to find anyone cutting a deal on a '19 AWD in middle of winter…but just my opinion and I’m nowhere near NYC…

In the Cleveland Area looking for a new lease between now and March 28th when my current lease ends. (Nissan)

Not too picky about what I drive but I do want a number of features.
Would like to have
Heated seats/wheel - Ventilated seats
Premium sound
Adaptive cruise control - lane keeping - forward collision
AWD if available
Sunroof
Carplay or NAV
Need 12k miles a year, lease term doesn’t matter to me.

Currently drive a 2016 Altima 2.5 SL that has most of those features and pay $270/month all in. Only paid first payment to start. Any chance I can get into something with all of those features under $300 a month?

I am hoping to get into a lease for $500 or less per month with minimal DAS (first payment, etc. is ok but will not be putting any money down on the lease).

I’ve been in contact with a couple dealers and one flat out told me that my expectation is not realistic for a Daytona or Scat Pack. It doesn’t seem that outrageous to me since these cars start at an MSRP of $40K.
