For my region (south) this option is showing up on calculator as “retired service loaner lease credit” under the category of “dealer incentives”. I’m also seeing $2500 “dealer cash” in this category

Hey everyone, I’m in Houston and my MB EQE lease just ended, so I’m looking for a new SUV. I’m open to either gas or EV, and a loaner/demo car is totally fine as well.
Ideally, I’m looking for a Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi, with a target payment of $550/month or less and only the first month’s payment due at signing.
If it’s a Tier-2 luxury brand like Genesis or Infiniti, my target would be $500/month or less.
I’ve already checked with several Houston dealers myself. So far, I haven’t been able to find a GLC X3 X2 Q5 Q4 for under $600/month. I did find that the Genesis G70 seems to be available in the $4xx/month, but unfortunately it’s a sedan and I’m specifically looking for an SUV.
Are there any good deals that you guys have come across recently in Texas/Houston?

And now, a few months before the term date, I am looking to replace the car, this time with a 15k mile lease, preferably another Volvo, but open to other makes as well. Trying to keep the payment at $500/mo. The plug in was nice and would like to keep that going. A full EV is possible, but not preferred (Cadillac looks intriguing).
