You’ve used the filter in the LH Marketplace and searched by CA and BMW to see what brokers / dealers are currently offering, right?
If your within a percentage point or two off once factoring in the incentives / rebates your eligible for then you may have a slight chance, if not I think you’d need to re-evaluate if you really need all those options or how much you want the vehicle.
I just looked at one brokers post for a similar listing and it was $654 per month / $3500 DAS or you could do MSD’s to lower it to like $611 per month.
