Selling price $28,050 includes Incentives $500 Honda to dealer) confirmed with Edmunds
Base Invoice $28,678
also conditional rebate 500$ (loyalty/conquest ) that dealer will apply ) confirmed with Edmunds
Residual Value @ 57% $18,505 confirmed with Edmunds ,but dealer says that they are using 60% RV based on Price that excludes destination so $ 18,906
I don’t know where is the truth
MF .00049 confirmed with Edmunds (dealer says that they are using it (but numbers won’t match with leasehack calculator )
36 months / 12 k per year lease

I would target a selling price around 27,000 or as close as you can. overall it’s pretty decent…considering today’s market.

loyalty is only 500 and not 750 ? It was 750 when I got it a year ago.

Yes ,

conditional rebate "$500 loyalty or conquest " according to Honda web site,Edmunds ,Truecar .

also I figure out that even with Tier 1 HFS charge $500 flat fee "mark up "

That’s way those numbers are off
