UPDATE: Lease is pending PFS credit approval of potential transferee. Love the color. You shouldn’t have much of an issue offloading this at all. Choose your applicants wisely. 🙃GLWT! For the record, PFS collects both the $900 transfer fee and the $100 app fee directly from the assuming party. Of course you are free to reimburse as you see fit. ---
