I have a family member looking to sign a lease on a car from a dealer in PA and is located in NY. The dealer said their registration company closed due to covid and they can’t do leases. Anyone aware of a way around this 3rd party? Or any 3rd party services worth recommending? They aren’t far from the border so I’d expect they would want to be open to business from NY. Thanks!

Allowing someone to pass the buck is a bad idea. They can literally blame any mishap, including their own, on your tag agency.
