Does anyone have any hook ups for Mercedes G63, whoever have that car in stock they want $100k on top of MSRP ?

That’s the price. Look around online, you could do a bit better, not my area of expertise though.
It depends on dealer waitlist length, and if they order at MSRP expect that length to be measured in years. The last time I checked with my buddy at an MSRP-only Merc dealer, he had a 2 year strong list for a G63 and that was December 2021.
The love for this car will never cease to amaze me.
