At this point the MF/RV/incentives could be different, so the dealer might have to eat more than just the tax.
None of that sounds good!
Since Time is of the Essence here.
I would escalate at the dealer level and give them 1 day for a response, and then 1 day from there to resolve. No way for any business that is an expert to not have it done in 1 day.
I would be calling the Georgia Secretarey of State to find out who regulates NEW car dealers and file a complaint.
You May also need to reach out to the Georgia DMV to see if they regulate NEW car dealers
