One time pay leases question

That’s what I thought, too. Even when I told the broker my income is not much as it used to be he said that as long as your credit is good it shouldn’t be a problem. :woman_shrugging:

I completely understand, but it isn’t a sign of weakness or failure, it’s what needs to be done in the moment.

If you didn’t come across as a genuine, honest person I never would have tossed it out there. It sounds like you and your son already make a pretty good team.

Hope you invested the business sales proceeds and you’re accounting for that income? No shame in having your son co-sign as you co-signed for his mortgage. Tan work!

And as @trism said, they practically never (never from my experience) verify income on an auto lease if it passes a smell test. You are confident in your ability to pay so interpret it any which way you choose. :wink:
