One pay doesn’t mean an MF of 0. It just lowers the base MF.

Exactly. Even with a one pay lease, you are still borrowing the value of the car from the bank. Remember your one payment is covering just the depreciation.
.00072 is very good for a one-pay lease. As others stated, there is still interest associated with financing the full amount of the car from the bank.
