First time using a broker and I will definitely come back to Nathan again!
Everyone in my house is very busy and we were losing our minds trying to get time to look at cars, go to dealers, etc. Even though we knew exactly what we wanted, it was stressful and our time was being wasted with misleading information and pricing.

Once I contacted Nathan we had a car in our driveway with a couple days. The car that we wanted at a lease lower than we found elsewhere. He was super responsive and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended him strongly to friends.

Had a great experience with Nathan in obtaining my 2020 BMW X5! This was my first time using an auto broker at the suggestion of a friend. I figured there was no harm in contacting Nathan and just getting a quote from him as it would cost me nothing to do that. Throughout the whole process, Nathan answered and thoroughly explained every question I asked of him and was extremely patient in dealing with a first time customer who had a lot of reservations because of my unfamiliarity of the process. The price was the price. No negotiation, which I loved. Going this route saved me over $3500 based on comparable offers I was getting from Nevada dealers on my own, making it well worth the minimal broker fee and still coming out well ahead of any offer I had. Due to COVID, I was only in the dealership about 15 minutes to sign papers and take delivery. Most painless car buying experience ever. Will never deal with another dealer directly again! Thanks again to Nathan and for all your help. We love the car!

unfortunately did not have a good experience with Nathan. He was recommended to me by a friend who did happen to have a good experience with him though. I sent him a text one evening, did not get a reply. decided to email him a few days later, in which he responded to text him. Sent him a text saying exactly what i wanted in which he replied he would have his team work on it and get back to me with a quote ASAP! its being 26 days since he said that. Ended up buying through another broker.

Great experience with Nathan, who put me into a BMW X1 at a great rate. I did some comparison shopping and on each model across multiple makes he beat any lease the dealers were offering by miles, so it was nice to know what the best possible price on every model would be going in without the ambiguity of not knowing exactly how much flex the dealers would have in negotiation. After the close he stayed on top of the logistics of delivery with the dealership; the car was shipped to me in Norcal for a reasonable cost.

We communicated some over text, and he was always available by phone when I called. For my next car I’ll definitely be checking in with Omega Auto Group again.

Same here, Omega didn’t reply to my message and when i called i was told i should hear from their team soon but it didn’t happen. I guess they don’t have enough contacts in Arizona

My journey began about one year ago when I test drove my first electric car at Keyes dealership. I was hooked. However I couldn’t justify the price as it made no sense for me to spend more than what I already pay with my current vehicle. I decided to hold off and wait.
I returned to the scene and again tried negotiating with Keyes. They wanted approximately, and I am not kidding. $6000 down and drive off fees for a $200 monthly payment. It was ridiculous. I decided to look for leasing agents and came across Omega. I signed up to their website and began comparing prices. At first I couldn’t believe the price and thought it was all fake. Upon getting in touch with Seth, he assured me the numbers where real and all I had to do was complete the application. One thing I admired was that they were not pushy at all, which I appreciate as it’s a big purchase. I agreed to the terms for $1000 down, $400 for the broker fee and $278 for the monthly lease. I was in.
It took two days for the process and the car was delivered to me.
I am still skeptical impressed by all this but iam just overly paranoid.
I am pleased with the process and I am glad I am able to reduce my carbon footprint with my first electric car.

I found the 2020 Kona EV deals in the SoCal thread here on leasehackr. At first I was also skeptical with the all online nature of the process, from quote to payment. I replied to the text asking someone to call me, Seth called me within minutes of the text and talked me through the whole process. Broker fee up front, then he gets the lease approved and finds you a car. I got my car in 3 days from start to finish after applying at 6pm on a Friday. I could not be happier with this process. I will never go to a dealership again.

Emailed on a Sat 4pm…nothing (They were closed after 3)
Chatted on a Sun…nothing (They were closed)
Called on a Monday morning. Talked to Seth, he explained that the deal on the 2020 Kona EV Limited and said due to how busy they are it would take a 5 days. Also the color I wanted was way out in Palmdale.
A week later I get a knock on my door with the car I ordered and within 20 mins I had the keys and the delivery guy had left. I basically DoorDashed a car!

No lines, no waiting, no bad coffee, no Covid, no Finance Mgr trying to sell you a warranty or an alarm!

Seth, it took a while but I am 99.9% satisfied!

I just wish both Hyundai and Kia know that BLUE MEANS BLUE, not Black (Kia) or Green (Hyundai) haha!

Upgrading Seth to 100% Satisfied. I got an issue where the dealer forgot to register the app with Hyundai, I texted Seth my question, he answered right away gave me the phone number and after about 5 minutes of the dealer apologizing, my app was connected to my car right away!

Thanks again Seth! If this was a ‘normal’ dealership I would’ve become the leper that will never get the call back after I drive off the lot. I’m looking at you Ball Kia! Never returned my calls after I left when I wanted to know something about my Costco discount.
