With the huge discount, dealer probably wants to make some money somewhere.
Base MF .00156 + max markup .0004 + acq fee waiver .0005 = .00246

They buy them at auction, has nothing to do with invoice. Don’t worry, they’re making money. Auction price + new car programs = Cheap payments = Profits
