I have the breakdown of untaxed incentives posted on my sheet. The taxed incentives are the $7500 fed and $4k loyalty/conquest.

- April monthend cars are all sold. Even red/orchid moved. Thank you LH! Blew through 20 in 7 days.
- Taking pre-orders for May monthend cars. Dealer has about 50 requested and I asked for another 20. Only silver/black, white/black and black/black cars.

I am not in participating state but if I co-sign with my uncle who lives in VA .. can I get this deal?
It probably will fly. But he would probably have to be the primary and the car registered/insured to him.

I think the incentives are untaxed in Philly/PA ($7,500 and others). Can you please confirm if they are taxed or untaxed (19122)? Also, what is the broker fee for these vehicles?

PA - for some reason the dealer is insisting that the $7500 and $4k is taxed. They are a NJ dealer and they called some PA dealers to confirm. I had a deal fall apart over it. My understanding of the PA tax code is that all rebates are not taxed. If theyâre wrong, AFS will end up refunding.
My $599 broker fee is posted on my sheet.
They have a separate lease tax on the monthly payment on top of sales tax, but Iâm 90% sure rebates are not taxed in PA. I believe itâs the final price of the vehicle after rebates.

I am in PA and 2 of my last 3 leases were from NJ dealers. The rebates are not taxed in PA. Your NJ dealer and the PA dealers they spoke to are either lying or donât know what they are doing.
I agree. But I canât force them to do it properly. I already argued it up above the GM. Showed them the tax code and several examples to no avail.
They donât tax capitalized cost, only lease payment?
How does shipping to California work? Is it added to the monthly price? If so, how much?
